This agreement expresses the terms and conditions applicable when dealing with B&S Books.  Read the terms and conditions of this license agreement carefully prior to making your purchase.  By making a purchase from B&S Books, you and your company (collectively, "you") are accepting and agreeing to the terms and conditions outlaid.

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars. Your credit card will be debited when you confirm your order. Your credit card provider may use their own exchange rates and may apply a rate at a different time from the time of your purchase. Some credit card providers may effect conversion to Australian Dollars via an intermediate currency and may charge a fee for this.

All prices quoted include GST (where applicable) and costs related to postage and packaging in Australia ONLY.  If you require prices that covers postage outside Australia please visit our website.  Payment is required prior to the shipping of goods unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery of orders
We will process your order within 48 hours of receiving it.  If books are not immediately available your order will be placed on hold until the books are available for dispatch.   A tax invoice will be supplied with your order.   Please allow 28 days for processing and postage of your order.  If you have not received delivery of your order within 28 days please contact us.   If your goods are lost in transit, we will do our best to locate them however we cannot accept responsibility for them once they are in transit.  Insurance can be arranged prior to delivery if required.

Undeliverable orders
Occasionally orders are returned to us as undeliverable.  If an order is returned due to an error on our part we will re-post the order via express post.  Please check that the delivery details you provide are correct, as we cannot accept responsibility for items returned to us as a result of incorrect or insufficient delivery details on the part of the purchaser.

Refund Policy
Refunds will only be provided if we have delivered items to you in error or if the item is damaged.  These items are required to be returned within 28 days of the books being invoiced for a full refund to be issued.  

Damaged or defective books
If a book is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.  Keep all packaging materials as we will require damaged books and original packaging to be returned to us at our expense.  

Receiving the wrong item or an item you didn't order
Please contact us and we will rectify the mistake immediately.  

Missing an item
Check the invoice enclosed with the order to ensure all of your books were included in the shipment.  If an item was included on the invoice but not enclosed in your order please contact us immediately and we will send you the item immediately.  If the item is not included on the invoice please contact us and we will arrange for you to re-order the item.   

Desk and Inspection Copies
Unfortunately we are unable to provide free desk copies of any of the books included in our catalogue.  We are also unable to send copies for inspection.  Onsite inspection can be arranged by appointment only at our Hornsby, NSW Office.
