This exercise program has been designed to assist and support the participants health and well being through low impact, gentle and simple movement, sensory stimulation, imagination and relaxation.
The program incorporates breathing exercise which will help to improve feelings of well being and combined with the stretches will help increase circulation. With regular exercise muscle tone will improve and falls risks will decrease.
The use of a noodle for sensory stimulation helps give the participant a broader awareness of their physical body and also with incorporation of right and left side movement may help improve right and left brain integration.
This CD program runs for 27 minutes which includes time to set up and finishes with contemplation time.
